I did some the other day & had no problems. But yes, warm water would be a good idea or hairdrier lightly. Don't over do it. I cooked some trim the other day in very hot water & it went all rinkly..! O_O

Hi, I've just bought two of these to fit to my grille ends, but I need a bit of advice fitting them. They are quite rigid and not flexible enough to fit so I'm assuming you have to put them in hot water first to get them to bend to the right shape? I'm not sure what the correct method is for fitting them because I've never done it before, so I'd appreciate some advice/tips on how to do this from people that have done it before.

Many thanks.

Thanks for the advice. I've just done this and I would really recommend soaking them in warm water first, it makes the job a lot easier. I also used the end of a flathead screw driver to prise open the plastic when it was too rigid to fit. All low tech but it worked, something I'll remember for next time haha.
