Well if you cannot solve your problem the correct way, you can always use the rear setup I had after a rebuild that was a total "rear brake overkill", making my rear try to overtake me any time I had to break hard...
I had fitted alloy minifins (along with 8.4 vented disk on front), which is OK, but my local "Mini specialist" had the idea to increase rear break power by fitting front wheel drum shoes (they can fit in minifins which are larger). In your case, if nothing else works, this could "even up" your braking dis-balance? ![]()
