Hi Lo kit from Minispares. Very easy to do.

You will need a cone compressor for the fronts but the backs are very easy to install.

Depending how far you want to go you may need new shocks specifically for lowered cars.

No you can use your original shocks, however if you go for the complete stanced look you will need shortened shocks and also the lowered front shock mounts as well.

It really does depend on how low you want to go.

Mmm yeah thats fair enough. I'm going to have 12" slotmags, so want to tgo 'tastefully' low without scrubbing tyres and bottoming out everywhere. Would new shocks be needed for that amount? (If you can imagine what I'm tryingto describe haha)

You should be ok with the standard shockers. To get the car really low you need to tub the rear arches plus other tricks for the front end.

I have got the hi lo kit fitted to my clubbie with everything cranked down to max low. However i also have brand new cones all round which before the adjustment the car looked like a land rover. So as they settle i will raise the car to compensate. I won't be running low low just a tad lower than normal ride height. He's just taking his time to settle down.

I would always recommend replacing the shocks anyway, unless they are fairly new. Not massively expensive so you might as well do the job properly and get better results. Either standard height or shortened depending on the ride height you are aiming for...lower it first with the Hi-Los to your desired height and then you can determine which shocks you will need
