Hi gents. I really fancy a set of force racing wheels like the one in my avatar. Trouble is by the time I get them to South Africa they will have cost more than a small Country. I am trying to justify this as I have already imported some ultralites from Shuddersfield.

Who has a set on their Mini for a preview? What do the centers that FR sells look like?

Cheers

Mark

With freight, tax and duty it probably would not make much difference. I'll have a wee look on eBay tho.

I looked at these, I know some people have had fitting issues with them and had to return them for adjustment at their own cost, this maybe a problem for you. Good luck.

Seriously?
What needed to be adjusted?

I've read there were some issues with offsets etc, run a search on here and check.

Shukran,

Maybe the absence of any such topics  regarding force racing wheels quality and fit would maybe suggest  that there are no such problems. other than the odd customer changing there minds or not really knowing what they wanted in the first place.

Jase, hear say is a dangerous  thing  , be careful how you use it,

A Motorolla Razr? Rather stick weights on the inside!

So, you recommend them? Are they as gorgeous in the flesh as they look in the photos?

Thanks Carl, I am merely pointing out the potential issues related to importing for Shukran. A member of this forum did indeed raise this issue within the last few weeks stating that he had to pay for their return to have them 'finished'. I think it is only fair to point this out, I have phoned through to enquire about these wheels and the chap I spoke to was very helpful. Perhaps it would be an idea for Shukran to ensure that when he does order these that he has in writing that should there be any defects he is not responsible for the cost of return (and import) of these wheels. You must make sure that you provide all the correct information for your car as well.

Most people seem very happy with these and I am sure they are a high quality product but we are not here to endorse products are we?

Gorgeouser :P

And I'd go for a black / antherite centre to compliment the body colour. I don't like polished things myself which is why I opted for satin / brushed finish.

ive heard nothing but good things about the force racing rims, they look cool and add that extra bling.  I do not work or know them but know of many satisfied wheels owners.
