Hi just got my mini back after its refurbishment, its looking good, how do you change the wording top and bottom of the avatar?

Hi, Welcome to TMF. You can't personally change it, it changes when you make certain amounts of posts, or a mod may change it.
Have you got any pictures of your Ritz?
