OK, so now I need a new radiator, since I bust mine trying to flush the cooling system (my bottom hose was absolutely jammed on, and I had to completely remove the radiator and the housing and everything, just to lift it enough to get the junior hacksaw on the completely rusted and siezed jubilee clip). I didn't break it by sawing, it was all the jiggling about and leaning on it while it rested on its side that did it... It's not the newest of radiators, and was in a bad way anyway.
But I need my little baby back on the road for Monday morning, or I'm really in trouble, so I dont have the luxury of waiting for mail-order to turn up on Wednesday or Thursday. I'm in the Nottingham area, so if anyone knows where I can get a replacement by Sunday lunchtime, I'd be really happy to hear from you.
(p.s. I'd even go to Halfords if it got her working again )
New Radiator?

if its just a minor repair, you could use some JB weld (Steel epoxy). That'd hold it for a few days until you can get to a shop.

It's beyond that I'm afraid; it's well buggered. I was leaning on it while it rested on the plastic fan and trying to force the bottom hose jubilee clip off with first a screwdriver, then a hacksaw and finally a screwdriver again. The side that goes next to the wing looks fine, but the other side has crumbled and leaks, possibly in more than one place.
