Looked at the routing its going straight from sensor to front of subby and up nearside inner wing into car where it is joined to edis in footwell. Its as far away from the HT leads as it can be.
The new sensor turned up, the polarity is the opposite way around on this one, but it still ran with this miss.
I suddenly had a thought about plug gaps, i set them to mini spec, but then realised they maybe need ford spec (1mm) so i opened them up a bit, but this didn't seem to have any effect also?
