Clutch Master/slave Seals

Hi guys,

 

Had an interesting drive back home today after the clutch went soft. Tried bleeding it, and it helps, but air keeps on coming, no matter how long I bleed it.

 

So I'm guessing a seal is knackered somewhere. Checked under the dust covers for obvious leaks but there's no fluid pissing out anywhere. So whatever it is, it's letting air into the system, but not fluid out.

 

I think I have a verto clutch (lever arm is about 2" long). 

 

The master cylinder looks like this:

Am I right in thinking that these are the seals I would need to fix:
