Stage 4 head .. And I'm only comparing it to a stage 4 head as has exactly the same stuff done to it .

But it's a Austin Healey head , fully polished and ported , double valve springs, 36-30 valves ,11 stud .

And yes very true about iv spent the money so why not spend it on a filter . I suppose I will have to see how my money goes if I can afford a itg I will .

Yeah I suppose I did ask best but still £200 for a filter I don't think I will be paying that .

I'm sure there are other filters just as good but cheaper

You will do well to find one that is as good as the ITG but its your choice. I think i have mentioned it before that most of the F1 race cars and the BTCC cars use ITG filters on their engines which, can cost upwards of £25,000. Sort of speaks for itself.

The ITG filter, would that fit on with the short maniflow manifold without any bulkhead work?

I think you would still have to modify the bulkhead with the Maniflow manifold, I had a Janspeed 3.5" offset manifold with the shortest ram pipes available for the 45 and with the filter it still needed the bulkhead chopping out.
