In the old white Vizzard book he says the relationship between adjustment of the trumpet length and ride height is 1 to 3 on the front and 1 to 5 on the back. So if you shorten your front hi-lo by 1mm car will drop by 3mm.
From experience would you say that is true?
Ive never found it so, but thats probably because it takes a while to settle and you cant take an instant measurement. I think what ive found is that i adjust it a little, doesnt make a different, adjust a little more, still no difference then a little more and its suddenly too low.
(by the way I always measure ride height to the crease on the sill, if that maks a difference.)
