here is my new mini next in line after project strarted
i payed £800 for her about 4 weeks back now and looks good and only 26800 miles on the clock
work done so for engine had full service lol.
work needed
full repaint
two new sill
4 spots of welding about the size of 50p all four ( so for )
4 new tyres
top dash rail
and sum ideas if to put back to standerd or not ?????

hi all well strated playing doodles tonight , so lets start .
a few pics of the under side of the car 1st and then with the rear sub frame off and the petral tank out there was a little more welding to do lol ( ho well ).
so we cut out the rot and i was also showing the young lad that works for me how to make up repair plates and weld them in

i think the chap that had the mini before me was good at talking a good job or just not got the time to do as much as he made out ??????????
ho well its in good hands now and after alot of thinking about the i think i will keep it as a mini city as is , and if i can keep the standed high may be get top money when i sell it as thats the plan with this one as i would love a 1275 gt next and will put alot of time and money in that one as its a life long dream to have the same car as my bro had back in the day .
my bro had one of the last 1980's 1275 gt's on a v reg jet black with gold strips down the side and after he had the car nicked and not found i would love to give him his car back .
may be one day .
