I am wondering about getting a new motor and have seen a 2.8 Z3. Has anyone had one? Any things to watch out for? How do they drive?

I must admit I'm interested in this, I fancy a wide bodied one, would love to know the real fuel consumption on these

My old apprentice used to run one, he loved it and nothing went wrong. Low 20's mpg though.

I will be going from an MGB GT doing 15mpg round town so anything would be an improvement! Not sure whether to go for it but fancy that nice straight six.
