Hello all,

Recently bought a set of carbs in a box without viewing. Basically, they all have the float chamber on the left hand side as you look at the butterfly valve. To make a twin set, do I need a carb with the chamber on the right as well or can I chop and change somehow?

Having looked at the carb identifyer thread, I'm relatively sure they're all HS4's, but is there a defining feature that sets them apart just to check? I'll see if I can sort some pictures.

Any help would be much appreciated as always!

Cheers

to be honest you can convert them, but its a bit easier to get hold of a pair of cheap MG HS4s
