Just got it installed, played a DVD not even a Blu-Ray and it was choppy! I have a high end PC so why the jerky image? ...is it a low end player or something?

What spec is your machine? What OS are you running? What player are you using?

I guess you're using Windows media player 12? Try VLC.

It could also be your LG player. I'm running a similar spec (Debian, 32GB ram, i7-3970x, dual GTX 670's & a sammy bluray) and have trouble with DVD playback - blueray is fine. I brought a cheap writemaster for DVD's in the end.

dual GTX 670's

How are you getting on with dual vid cards, is it SLI or crossfire? I assume you are playing games, people say you can run in to problems with dual vid cards...I have a Titan in the future when Titans come down in price I'm thinking of going dual. I was told I can't go dual with my mobo...see what you think. http://www.gigabyte....spx?pid=4570#sp thanks Geo !

I'm running SLI. Actually, I don't play a lot of games anymore. My computer is mostly for when I'm working at home. I'm CTO for a web development company, so I have to run a lot of virtual machines for different kinds of development environments. I run multiple monitors too, hence the graphics requirements. You should be able to go dual, but you'll need ATI cards as your mobo only supports CrossFire.

I know, I'm hoping for a BIOS update for SLI compatibility (if possible), as nVidia vid cards only support SLI :(
