I'm not sire why this technique isn't used in classic mini charging. Since on a blow through system its all about throttled volume.
I'd have, Filter, dummy TB (carb with no fuel set up, or MPI throttle body), Bypass inlet, Charger, Bypass outlet, Intercooler, Carb, Engine.
It should make the car far more drive able along with less wear on the charger and far better throttle response.
