i was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me with the problem of a leaking sunroof as it has caused my alot of problems everytime it rains. i was thinking of putting a new roof on and would like to know how big of a job this is. as if i feel that i am capable of doing so then that may be thr route to take and get rid of my leaking sunroof all together.

Hi welcome to TMF. Replacing the roof seems easy (well to me it does) but is difficult. Spot welds around the edge need to be drilled out then the new panel spot welded one. You could cut the majority of the roof off and replace it with a carbon roof or similar or you can fond a roof cut off at the pillars and cut yours off to the same size and weld it on.

Any pictures?

Depending on what is wrong with the sunroof you can get spares if it's a genuine Rover one. Somerford minis do spares for them so may be wort a punt.
