Hi all,

Im a newbie here, didnt know this forum existed??

I used to own a1965 Morris Cooper back in the `70`s and loved it to bits.

Had to sell up when the kids came along and often wondered what happened to it?

Im about to start a Revell Mini Cooper kit and Im going to make it the same as my cooper.

Ive found a lot of snaps of it before and after I restored it (I found it in a back garden!!). so should be fun?

A friend has already made the no plates for me ASY 830C so Ill be cracking on with it today?

If anyones intested,I can post some pics as I go?

cheers

The instructions show the engine block/gearbox assy as silver and olive green,if my memory is right,I thought the whole unit was painted green?

Can anyone confirm please?

Hi,

No,its a plastic kit by Revell.

Ive made a lot of there kits and are very good although some of the colours they recommend are not always `correct`?

Yes it's amazing what is available to the public. You can also check the insurance database to see if it's insured (this car is not).

The data I posted up shows when the last road tax expired.
