hi ive got a 1995 1275 spi sprite and am really enjoying driving it, found a puddle of water on the bottom dash rail on the right of the clocks, any idea of where this may be coming from???? thanks very much, Harry.

Hi, welcome to TMF. Check the windscreen seals, rust on the flitch where the fresh air vent is fitted and rust around the windscreen.

Any pictures?

just replaced windscreen seal like last week bit round air vent i have welded because it was rusted through so have no idea haha ill get some pictures soon :) but cheers for the help alex

Thats alright, You could get a hose with somebody inside the car and see where it's coming in. Was water coming in before you replaced the windscreen seal?

yer we found it its coming in through a tiny bit of rust in the rain gutter in the front right hand corner of the roof, then running through a piller and then in where the door hinge is but thanks for your help again.

its my first car and i loved driving it for a week until the splines in my wheel hub decided to round off so now have to spend more money and time on it haha
