This is our 1928 Austin Seven Fabric Bodied Wye Door Saloon. There are only 15 known to be left according to the register. Ours is quite original, we have the history for the car and we know that during the war it was stored and then the body was re-fabriced in 1946 and then stored again.  We are rebuilding the engine at the moment which is proving a little challenging as the rods need white metalling.

I love 7s. I have been after a boat tailed special for years bit they have gone out of my price range.

Its simplicity is so beautiful, any chance this could be made into a project thread ? would love to see some old skool engine building work :)

Thanks for posting,
