that looks like a variety of pinch weld: easily purchased from rubber shops. i have no idea of the correct measurements though

It is normally plastic, rather than rubber (although there is no reason not to consider rubber), and available it at least silver and black, although steel (needs painting in body colour) and stainless steel trim strips are also available. There are thick and thin variants too. But you could fit almost any type of edge trim, if you want to be different. The only legal consideration is to cover the edge with something rounded, it doesn't count as a modification. It may be that somewhare like B&Q have suitable trim strips, intended for something quite different. You may even get one with a nice, colourful pattern. 40 years ago, accessory shops were practically full of non-standard Mini trim.
It may be a good idea, if using a metal trim with the spring clips, to fill the back of it with thick Waxoyl before fitting, as it frequently is a rust trap. For plastic or rubber, fill the groove with a body adhesive such as tiger seal to keep the water out. You could also glue on a metal trim, without the clips.

My '91 Mayfair used the rubber trim as per the link above. I've not seen one with the plastic variety (yuck!).

Pheonix trim(LINK) is surposed to be very good for trim like that.
