Hi, so after measuring an 0.008" camshaft end float I bought a new retaining plate and it is now 0.001" would this be OK? (also would putting it together with a fair bit of graphogen on the faces make a difference?)
Also the camshaft sprocket is now 0.007" behind (so to speak) the crankshaft sprocket so they are not flush, will I need to machine the crank sprocket or can I shim the camshaft sprocket? Thanks
