Hi all,
Anyone know what to do if the intlet manifold has no vacuum takeoff?
Just got a new manifold and it doesn't have one.

For a brake servo hose?

As above if it's cast in, but not drilled, you could do that  yourself. The original fitting is 5/8 unf, you'd also have to flat the surface for the sealing washer. Either do that first with a file or use a counter bore, so that it's true with the thread. Alternatively tap it with a pipe thread, or drill a plain hole for an interference fit.

Thanks ethel. Its not cast in, would need to drill but it has a flat section. Im assuming as long at the flat section can be drilled through to the airflow it'll be ok.

I did mean a thicker round bit cast for a fitting, but not  drilled & tapped. You'd be better off going for an interference fit, or 1/4bsp, with a taper threaded hose, tail if you're trying to do it without workshop tools.

Hello I have the inlet manifold with the hole in it, I’m looking for the part to put in there for a vacuum hose, but I can’t seem to find the correct one,
