1988 MG METRO TURBO in Red
GOOD BITS;
9 MONTHS M.O.T.
2 MONTHS TAX.
Body is very good for age with just one small bit of weld by the jacking point which the m.o.t inspector said had been done to a good standard. He was impressed with how solid the car was.
Interior is pretty mint.
Recon turbo and carb (£500)
Lovely example that could be a future show winner.
Less than 100 of these tax and m.o.t'd on the road.
Easier to work on than a mini.
Bad bit;
Engine starts and drives but bogs down when turbo comes on, smells a of fuel and smokes, have been told its overfuelling but I have been told different things by different people. I need to get my mk1 mini back home so this has to go. Will need to be trailered but should drive onto trailer.
