Hi guys,

 

I have injected my mini and am setting up the ECU. Does anyone know what the cycle is for injecting fuel into each cylinder on the intake stroke?

 

Keeping in mind the firing order is 1,3,4,2

 

I have set it up as per below but don't think it will be right as this is more the firing order degrees than fueling order degrees 

Cyl 1   0 degrees

Cyl 2   540 degrees

Cyl 3   180 degrees

Cyl 4   360 degrees

 

Photo of the Autronics screen attached is that helps.

Made some mods. I moved the injection timing for each cylinder to be 210 degrees before the firing stroke.

ie: 180 degrees BTDC = intake stroke

210 degrees BTD = 15 degrees before intake (180)

 

Based on 720 degrees full cycle  

 

Cyl / firing order       Firing degrees        Injection degrees

1                                        0                           510

3                                     180                          690

4                                     360                          150

2                                     540                          330
