I've heard the steel ones are very good, although I've never used one.

Most people run the alloy one, which is more or less the same everywhere (Minispares, Minisport, Maniflow etc.) due to cost. They are good for the price.

+1 on the alloy and being maniflow it will be good quality. Just a word or warning, contrary to what was said above there is huge variability in the quality of these alloy manifolds. Some are very good, others are cheaply made and horrendous. Maniflow and minispares are good, minisport are ok, huddersfield do some at the shows that are poor, and some sellers at the shows do some horrific ones.

The quality of maniflow was what made me go for there exhausts and I wanted a inlet to match

You won't go wrong with maniflow, Dave really knows his stuff.

I've ordered the alloy one only thing I didn't like was there postage costs and that the postage cost wasn't added to the final bill also there was no conformation bit to print off just a little note apart from that I'm happy with my purchase

That steel manifold looks of a better design but its not got a vacuum port for the servo (if you need one)

Maniflow are very helpful and can weld in a servo take off if you need one, they've done a few for me and from memory there used to be a drop down box for that option on their website :)
