Before Dropping My Engine In.....

Before I drop my engine into my pickup, what needs doing in the engine bay before I fit the engine and what needs fitting to the engine to make easier afterwards

depends what you've done

 

but fuel pipes and front to rear brake pipes are a good thing make sure are in place.

 

make sure front brake pipes and flexi pipes are fitted.

 

front suspension especially top arms, easier get at the pivot shaft with engine out.

 

engine just fit anything that's a pig to fit once its in, so if mechanical fuel pump make sure fitted.

 

bit of an open ended question without knowing whats done and not

How old is the clutch?

Brand new clutch as I've rebuilt the engine

Yeh done most of that! Just wanted make sure nothing major had to done what I haven't donealready
