The car as far as I know was a pre production prototype and has Rover on glass, lights are totally different

The car was at one time complete then stripped and sent to a company to have the door seals tested. It had a machine that opened and closed the door.

Hi & Welcome to TMF

This is primarily a classic mini forum and whilst some of our members here do also own both types of Mini, you'll probably find that you are more likely to get more responses on a BMW Mini specific forum such as http://www.mini2.com/forum/

Thanks, I did think that. But in reality this is a Rover Mini not a BMW. My daughter who is 17 next month thinks I should put it back on the road. But to be honest I dont have the time for projects like that.

Have added 3, you can see in last one the glass has Rover. The car is made as left hand drive. Not had bonnet up yetbut have looked under it. Loads of cut wiring and some ECU's bolted to inside of car

No, I think it was all together as has proper wiring loom etc. Think was stripped and sent to door seal company. The guy I got it from had it sat in barn for years.

My daughter is 17 next month and thinks I will do it for her. I do have access to a crashed 53/54 plate Mini one with most of the parts but I am trying to get my friends dad who has a private museum to buy it. He can hang it off the ceiling or something like that. I just dont have the space or time to do it. Dont think would be hard to put on road with decent donor car.
