I'm looking for at least one nylon driveshaft coupling for my Mini 1000 as pictured below. The stores are out of stock.

or I have heard it is possible to replace the bearing part with a repair kit for the hardy spicer, never tried it though.

mini13, thanks for the info. I was actually in contact with the seller of the nylon couplings. Unfortunately the shipping cost to Sweden was very expensive... The steel couplings in the other auction was a bit expensive I think.

 

I am in the process of mounting an LCB manifold and therefore I have to temporarily remove the rubber coupling on the righthand side. I was reading that the nylon coupling is narrower than the rubber version and therefore easier to use with an LCB. As I will take the whole thing apart anyway (to mount the LCB) I thought that it would be a good idea to replace it. But they are hard to find.

The rubber version should also fit. I have found they are more reliable and take more power that the nylon version.

Thank you guys, I will try to fit the LCB first and see how it fits with the coupling.
