Can mini clutches like motorbikes kinda seize up if they are left standing for 6months or so.

And to get eveything working againg how do i get eveything to seperate.

The most common thing to seize up is the clutch slave cylinder, or the operating levers. This results in a rock hard pedal, due to the lever not returning, and no drive due to the clutch being fully pressed...

Easy to free up with a metal bar if thats the case.... Bit of spray grease will help get it going, but ideally it needs stripping and cleaning.

The pedal is fine i can press it down same as normal.

I cant get the car in gear when the engine is running.
And when i started the car in gear with the clutch pedal fullly depressed the car started and drove forward as normal.

ah stuck clutch plates. stick the car in gear and give it a good rocking back and forth. that what i did....and it didn't work so if the worse comes to the worse. move the car somewere clear in front. start the car out of gear and warm the engine up. i mean properly operating temp. then turn off the engine. stick it in gear. pul your foot on the clutch and turn the key, either the entire car will fly into the nearest parked thing or the engine will force the plates apart and then you should be fine. took me 3 attempts. 1st time nothing, 2nd time added fuel, 3rd time added a battire booster and it worked.

i did that once this morning, put the car in gear, clutch down and started the engine.
End result car back in garage and me caught by surprise.
