looks like its my mates diff that's got pin I expect

 

he has 13 x 6 wheels on its a mpi

 

about a week ago he wanted to put some 3/4" wheel spacers on the front

 

I said bad idea but he went ahead. ANY CONNECTION by doing this

could be, however its very hard to say, the best bet is to get the car jacked up and rotate the driver side , the passenger side wheel should go in the opposite direction with no nasty noises and no excessive resistance

i just use a minispares uprated pin on my tunes mpi, mainly because im tight!

 

I stripped the teeth on one of the drop gears on my last engine, ruined the gearbox and the engine (no oil pressue)

 

nice bits of gear going up the pickup pipe, throught the bottom end, oil pump etc

 

hope he gets it sorted

yes pin has broke and broken the the gearbox casing in couple places

 

looks like its been wearing away for a while, must be all that movement he has in the subframe

 

 jolts back and forward, weakening it
