what type of servo ? (^^^edit beaten to it)
is it one fixed to the brake pedal
or a remote type ?
you may have problems with the remote servo system on the later dual circuit ? as it is for single ?
(IIRC - memory not what it used to be)

I bled mine from the master cyl direct , till I got a smooth flow of fluid , then I went to the calipers
it was a git to start - kept getting a soft pedal , when I tried bleeding from caliper first
hope this helps

It shouldn't matter which way round you connect it as they are both the same size. It can matter how you bleed it though as that will affect the operation of the limiter valve.
The convention seems to be to use the outlet nearest the servo can for the front brake line, which runs in a straight line through the limiter valve
