How low can you go with your arches tubbed?

Say I had the Moulton Smootha Ride set up with Adjusta Ride. Would I be sacrificing a lot in smoothness? I want to have a wicked stance but I don't want to feel like I'm riding a tractor. I guess what I'm trying to ask is:

"How low can I go with tubbed arches to make my mini look mean, with a nice wide and low stance, and not sacrifice smoothness and performance?"

Be really low or have ride comfort.  Choose one.

There has to be a middle ground though. I don't want it slammed. Just low enough for a nice stance.
