Hi there my engine seems to ramdomly misfire and sounded like it back fired but not from the exhaust, sounded like it come from the carb, any suggestion would be brilliant

If you can hear missfire like 'bang' through the carb its caused lean mixture (unless you moved the dizzy around, but this will make it run like a bag of spanners, if it even starts)

Check for air leaks first
