As some of you will remember, Tommy was involved in a bad rear end shunt in July - http://www.theminifo...-looking-tommy/

Thanks to Palmer Brothers, he is now back, looking great and driving superbly :D  I guess my top tip in this type of situation is to use Palmer Brothers, if they are close enough for you to use them.  They collected Tommy from me and handled all the negotiations with the assessor, my only involvement being to report the accident to my insurer and then to receive a call from them to say the repair had been authorized. Kev Palmer also ensured that Tommy didn't have a cat C or D marker against him.  Whilst it is extremely annoying to have this sort of damage to a low mileage (now just clocked 26,000 miles), original and standard RSP S, although he is now no longer original, at least he is back with me in one piece.  Also, this has been the most hassle free claim I've had, thanks to Palmer Brothers.

Anyway, enough waffling from me, here he is!

Collecting him from Kev at Ace Cafe

Very nice Tanya! You'll have to get the front done to match now, even if it is perfect :P

That looks like an excellent job. Good to hear that it all went hassle free. One thing though, it does look a bit too shiny inside the boot area for a Rover. :whistling:
