You'll need a blind puller, if not then they can be removed by cutting into it with a carbide burr till it falls out

As mentioned above, use a small flat head screwdriver to pop out the circlip, sometimes it helps to have a decent sharp engineers scribe, you can use this to start moving the circlip until the gap is enough to get the screwdriver in, having a second set of hands is also useful, but as i only have one pair of hands i usually ask a friend to help ;)
Often you can get the outer bearing race to lift a little by carefully tapping in a small drift through the oil drain hole, i then use an old flat head screwdriver that i heated up and bent through 90 degrees as a lever to ease the race out of the hole.
I have tired blind bearing pullers in the past with varying success, i find that most wont fit until i've started to lift
the outer race by using the drift and bent screwdriver. There may be blind pullers that will pull the bearing from its seated position, but so far i've not found one.

To get the bearing out, just head the casing with a hot air gun (NOT a gas torch, the combustion process will damage the alloy) and when it is very hot, bang it down on a flat, clean surface such as a sheet of plywood. The bearing will be loose and will pop out.

The bearing pops out very easily with a proper puller.
