If the event is run to HRCR regs, then A+ blocks aren't allowed;

Probably best to check with the event organisers though.
Nice looking shell..!!

Was going to say.....but already answered.....A+ blocks are allowed next year.
Not too sure of you experience level with HRCR events, but they are running a beginners course in January (i think) which goes through navigation and car prep. last year it was held in Knutsford...we attended and won the beginners class on the ToC 2013....so worth going!!! I will competing on the 2014 event too so come and say hello.
Back on topic....not sure if A+ blocks are allowed in every category though.....??

Obviously this is all down to the scrute at the end of the day, but if you get one that knows Minis you'll probably get pulled up (especially if it's Mr Loveridge himself that I'm sure will be keeping a close eye on things initially!)

I have to ask
why bother with the A+ and all tuned up
its all about the navgator
if you are a newbie to HRCR events like the clubmans series
just getting round is good
getting round on time is even better
and as for the auto tests
the same applies
but even harder to do
we find them hard still
and this is our second year
hope to see you out there

The car I am building will not be a one trick pony There are many other diffrent events we would like to have a go at like Track days,Hill Climbs and once we have some experiance and funds allow The RAC 2015 !!

That was exactly what I was thinking - I was wondering if it's only going to be in category 4?

Totally agree....otherwise you could completely reshell a car and run in Category 1 with the right logbook....not strictly legal of course. When did the A+ block come into production?
