wheres the cheapist place to buy one from? need a 100amp one for my hydralics

Try boat chandlers, if you have one nearby, they are usually very cheap...

Yup, something like a chandlery or a caravan accessory place or a truck stop. Diesel batteries are heavy duty rather than deep cycle, they're very different types.

Halfrauds do a 100Ah one for around the £90 mark. They're called leisure batteries, and are deep cycle :-

This place has a pretty decent selection of deep cycle batts (assuming you can't find any shops locally)

minisprint - you're in leicester, try multicell at broughton astley. they do very good prices on batteries. and they're open till about 9 at night.link
