my 97 jp spec mini has alot of hesitation under heavy throttle.

and putting it out of gears after heavy throttle, the rpm would drop so much that would almost stall the car.

what should i change ....

plugs and wires already changed.

Could be a bunch of things....
Start with the basics and check the non fuel injection bits first as per any mini.
Then the obvious fuel injection car issues; split hoses, air leaks, poor connections and split vacuum hoses.
Then see if you can borrow a code reader, otherwise it's going to be a bit tricky to work out exactly what is happening.
People will give your their experience but the conditions aren't necessarily the same, without data you will be left guessing.......

I cleaned the sensors n changed a bunch of hoses ..... problems seems to be fixed
But another thing came.up is that

When I m cruising at a certain speed..... then step in clutch while at that speed... The car would stall

What makes this problem
