Start at the back of the car and work your way forwards.

You will need the lower quarter panel sections off to do the heelboard and inner sills (Full inner sills) anyway.

Do add some bracing across the door aperture and across the car over the seat cross member.

cheers guys.

thats gave me a better idea on where i should go.  I have braced front to back welded at a pillar b pillar and rear arch and across b pillars.  I don't have a spit (thats a lie but i cant work out how to mount it as it's one thats supposed to mount to the bumper) so will have to tip it on it's side and would rather do one side at a time so when it's tipped it's as solid as it can be,

 would this work:

heel board

ds inner sill

ds pocket pnls

ds door step

ds outer sill

ds quarter bottom

ds inner wing

ps inner sill

ps outer sill

ps quarter bottom

ps inner wing

Scuttle pnl

remember the inner sills actually go inside the heel panel, not over the top, so factor that into your order :) alot of people dont realise this until its too mate and make a hash of it.

If you have a look at Wills mini special over the next couple of weeks you will see the inner sills being replaced on that. Amongst other things.

I would put in a bracket where the jacking point fits, doesn't have to a a jacking point, just to add a bit more stiffness

A bracket to stiffen it would be a good idea, I wouldn't bother with the jacking point, it shouldn't ever be used anyway!
