I did not receive an owners manual when I purchased my '74 Mini 1000.  I haven't found it on the Minispares site and Minimania charges $60 for it.  Can someone suggest a less expensive source?

Ebay UK usually has for sale, try messaging a seller and asking if they will ship to the US, should still be less than 60 bucks.
If I remember correctly customs duty is low for documents (as opposed to goods) ?

You can usually find factory manuals on CD on Ebay UK for about £3-5.

I attempted to open your link and I got a message indicating I lacked access permission.  What do I require to access the document?

I've got a spare (but tatty) version of the manual that Ethel has uploaded you can have for free - it came in a batch of manuals that I bought on eBay and I already had a copy.

I don't mind posting it out to the US if you cover the cost of the post. Drop me a PM if you're interested.
