Not the mags, unless you want to pay stupidly over the top prices. Try the local free ads, ebay, a mate of a mate, etc...

There are planty about, just be patient and the right one will appear at the right price...

I got mine from a local auction place £750, took a whole year for one to show up but worth it in the end. It didnt quite look this way, (easily spent more than that on it but thats how it goes) lol
Needed both sills replacing, little bit of filler needed on the bottom of the doors. Thats all that was needed.

i got my baby from ebay, ok so more and more holes have appeared in the body work while iv been taking it apart, but then on the other hand, i kinda expected that, i would advise you definatly go have a poke around the car before you bid

There are shed loads of bargains down your neck of the woods, if i was closer I would be on a mini mission
and buying them up..

Ebay is good, but it surprises me just how many people will bid and buy a car there without looking,
Ok so you can leave negative feedback, but thats nothing if they sell you a dog of a car.

You would not phone up someone on Autotrader and buy a car over the phone without looking so why some people do it on EBay is sometimes puzzling.

Dont get me wrong there ae great bargains to be had, but do check it out first, many times you can strike up a bargain if you actually go see the car.

but local ads, or put an ad in the paper yourself saying mini wanted.. that can bring surprising results..

here are some for you.. not my cars i dont know anything about them so get phoning

I would definately have a look around e-bay. I managed to get my 1982 City for £750, no rust, front end completely replaced and a full respray. Just take your time and read through all the ad's, there are plenty of bargains. Dont forget to post pics when you do get your Mini.
