Looking to downsize my fleet and sell my much loved minivan. It underwent a full rebuild 2 years ago and this is the forum thread showing all the work done:

All the rot has been replaced with brand new heritage panels. This includes:
The front valance
Wings
A-panels
Inner and Outer Sills
Both front floors
Rear Valance.
Both subframes have been completely stripped, painted and rebuilt with all new rubbers, bearings and seals.
It has brand new brakes 7.5" front and rear. Brake lines and master.
The engine has been completely overhauled..
New tires
New Aluminium Rad
All new door seals
Wooden dash with built in speakers
Since that rebuild I have also completely rebuilt the 998 engine with a fresh bore and bearings SW05 cam and stage 1. Set up on the rolling road and its done 6000 miles since then and still running well.
I have spent thousands on this little van and its a solid little run around. The paint work isn't the best as I wasn't in a great position to spray it at the time. Also i have been using it as a van so its not an immaculate concourse showroom model although i did fit an wooden rear load bed to protect the floor which is in really good condition. Its also had 2 winters now and where the paint has chipped its starting to rust again.
Being completely honest the doors could also do with reskin as they warped when welding up but the frames are good and its got new hinges. Also it has a oil leak but what mini doesn't.
This little van has done me well. It spent 2 weeks touring germany over the summer and has been the most practical mini i have ever owned. You'd be amazed what you can carry in the back great little parts runner. Does 50miles to the gallon. Starts and stops great. Also i have fitted some MX5 seats for comfort.
I'm looking for £4500 but would also consider a px with some money my way. Something a bit modern for motorways. Car is located in CM77. I'll try and get some recent pics up soon. There is probably loads of bits i've missed but if your interested drop me a message.
