Dellorto horizontal 45mm twin choke carb,
12 psi boost
Intercooler
7:1 compression with forged pistons
Modified head with MG1300 inlet valves (don't know what size these are)
re-inforced head gasket
Oil fed drop gears
and a special cam, which I don't think they kept the spec for, but may have been
a Kent 649
This produced 118 bhp @ 6000 rpm and 115 lb' of torque @ 4500 rpm. This gave a 0-60 of 5.97 seconds and a top speed of 121 mph. This was Insane.
The production model, as most of us know was a little tamer than this.
To answer your question, the standard turbo Mini had a top speed of 115 mph and a 0-60 of 7.8 seconds officially.
You should see over a ton, but I doubt you'll see 100 bhp, as you're running less boost even than the ERA and that only produced 94. But you will get good performance as your car will weigh much less than the big, heavy ERA.
All the development data for the ERA turbo is on their website, I don't know why people are still starting from scratch to develop turbo A series, as ERA and Rover have done loads of work on this with huge corporate budgets. You just have to look for the information.

I think the Dellorto will have been because they were on Lotus Esprits. Others could have gone the same route if that's what's got you wondering.
