Hi all, as my car is now running like a bag of spanners and try as I might I can't get the mixture right. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the above areas that can set up my carb. I don't want performance just everyday usability.

Or is my friend right in saying fit a twin carb or would that just give me double trouble?!...

Bogg Brothers in Malton, did a really nice job on mine, guy knows his stuff been doing it for decades. And he charged me less than most of the local places that probably have never worked on a Mini. He really went over and above expectations, i highly recommend.

Last I heard Rob was semi-retired and spending less time there whilst handing over to someone else.

I'd recommend Clarksons near Horwich. Proper old-school mechanics who actually know what they are looking at with older stuff (also got a rolling road and all the fancy modern kit).
