Has anyone used the accuspark AC9C triple ground plugs? I've just ordered some and can't find any info on here. Has anyone used them?

Nope, spark plugs are all pretty much the same for standard engines

It's not a standard engine, I've always had issues with plugs in winter. Just wondering if they had been tried by anyone. It's a 97bhp 1330 so not standard.

We've got the AC7C triple plugs in our TVR, running fine so far.  No worse than the NGK we had in before.

They might be slightly better for it, because it's on Twin 40s with high comp, and is quite hard to start, with the NGKs it could easily flood and then not start, that's not happened though with the accuspark ones.

I've got a set of the 9s for my mini, but haven't put them in yet as I'm running the Bosch Super4s I got cheap off ebay.

Again though, no worse than the NGKs, and I doubt it's made a difference.

I got the super4s because our local expert (races scimitars and looks after other classic racers) told us that he'd had best results with super4s (this was in essex's though), as the plug didn't foul up as much.

Hmm I fitted them today after doing a full ignition service. I started the car with the ngk 6's in and it was running perfect. Then I swapped over to these, I notices tight away that the tread for the contact at the top if plug was damaged and didn't sit right. However this plug fired, but the one that didn't had one electrode different to the other two, so the other three was firing but not this plug, I confirmed it wasn't the leads by putting the 6's back in and having a drive, all was well.

I've e-mailed accuspark, and 2 out of 4 spark plugs been damaged isn't very good for brand new plugs. Surely they should send me 2 more working plugs, I've went picture evidence too.
