Hi All,
I was hoping for some ideas on making a better accelerating spi, that runs a bit smoother.
I've looked into the idea of porting with cam and rocker change, but heard the difference isn't as great as you'd hope for.
Therefore, I was hoping someone could suggest ways in which I can get a better accelerating mini that runs smoother. (Even economical running cost improvements would be a consideration, with acceleration improvements would be better still).
I was wondering what effects lightened flywheel ,sw5 or kent cam, high-lifts, (maybe slight porting), maniflow exhaust, larger throttle body, would make.
My plan is to have it fast of the mark, but I'll be putting the money into the aesthetics more.
The cars std, with k&n filer and rc40 backbox.
I look forward to hearing from you's!

what would be the best final drive for this purpose?
Would it work well with anything else?
Thanks for the reply!
