What is the mixture setting at idle if it has no air leaks then a weak mixture setting could be the cause

What's the best way of setting up the mixture is it the screw on the bottom left of the carb and how do i no when the mix is right sorry about all the questions but in new to minis and the engines and im just learning as i go lol

brake servo thing on manifold?
Maybe the needle/dashpot oil?(dont know if hiff has dashpot)

It does have a dash pot and there's oil in it and what's the brake servo on the mani any pics of it
