I thought rad bracket but they're all one piece going onto the thermostat housing, and of course, and indicator gasket, a pretty f****d one at least!rad bkt on the left ?

Throttle cable through the grommet; goes under a master cylinder nut. At least on my 1960 LHD.

Item on left, have seen similar used for spacing main cable to starter motor away from engine block.

Keith, you're correct. I reviewed my disassembly images and found it.
