Hi,
Im quite new to mini's but i'm trying to sort the clutch out on my friends Mini Mayfair. The clutch has been changed for a new one (as the old one completely died) and since changing the pedal will not go down and disengage the clutch.
The pedal will go down about a quarter of the way and get stuck after that, and you can not push it down any further. We suspected that it could be a slave cylinder at fault so it got changed for a new one, however it hasn't made any difference. It is a 1990 car, and I'm not really sure on the Verto and Pre-Verto thing, so I don't know about that.
If any one has any ideas on things that could be at fault, please let me know of things to try?
