Hi,

Have bought the minispares race spec clutch / flywheel bolts. They are a flanged hex.

My old clutch bolt was a standard hex so had lock tabs, something that will not work with the flanged ones.

Thought about using some normal spring washers on these but thought they didn't quite look the part with the nice flanged spec bolts so I ordered some 3/8 schnorr washers, only for them to turn up and find out they are M10 and schnorr don't actually produce a proper 3/8 washer. Slightly school boy, yes.

What shake proof washers have others been using with these bolts or am I best just getting the 270 out again. I must admit, i think i would be happier with it having some form of locking washer on it.

Thanks Dave

Alternatively use Loctite. One of the milder versions such as 242 should do the trick.
